Follow the steps to have spots and marks free glowing skin:
- Take at least 2.5 liters of water every day. This helps growth of new cells.
- Apply honey on affected areas and massage well with a little water once daily. The anti-oxidant property of honey helps in removing spots and marks.
- Take two vitamin E capsules. Pierce them with a pin and bring out the oil. Before going to bed, wash the affected areas of your skin with a mild face wash and apply the vitamin E oil. Rinse off in the next morning.
