Foods for Healthy Skin

 Pomegranate

Researches say that Pomegranate is one of the most antioxidant-rich fruits. Even it is more inflammation-fighting antioxidant than green tea.
Eat some fresh pomegranate every week (Do not use it’s juice on your skin).

Green Tea

Green tea is another inflammation-fighting antioxidant.  Researches also say that green tea may reduce risk of skin cancer.
Have a cup of green tea every morning.

Olive Oil

Olive Oil has rich antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. So it is suggested to cook your food with olive oil. You may try extra-virgin olive oil in salads.
Also Olive Oil is very helpful treating dry skin. Apply olive oil on affected areas (i.e elbows, knees, heels, lips) every day and see the difference.

Strawberry

Strawberry is rich in anti-aging vitamin C.  Vitamin C fights wrinkles.

Papaya

Papaya is also rich in antioxidants and contains an enzyme that repairs dead and damaged cells and fights aging.
